Brazil's 2019 transfer of rights bidding round: a new date and pre-bidding notice released

Brazilian oil regulator ANP released this Tuesday (13) the pre-bidding notice of 2019 transfer of rights bidding round. The auction will be held at a new date: November, 6th.

Pre-bidding notice documents will be on public consultation until July 3rd. A public hearing will be held on July 5th for further clarifications.

ANP expects to disclose the final bidding notice in September 6th. In order to take part in the competing process companies will have until September 23rd to manifest interest, pay bidding fees and submit all required documents.
